Freedom of expression is what Art Therapy is all about. Creating a piece of artwork allows for a tactile creation to emerge and evolve. Art Therapy allows one to express their innermost thoughts and feelings through creating representational artworks. Creating art allows the artist to better conceptualize and problem solve life's daily struggles in a safe and secure environment. Art Therapy provides participants with an alternative to traditional verbal therapy, enabling one to communicate through visible and tangible forms, which is not easily discussed or understood. No art experience is needed to engage in Art Therapy! There will be no critiques of artwork during the process and final product of the art. 

Telehealth allows for long-distance care between therapist and client via video chat. As telehealth providers, we understand the medium of live video and use this to assist clients in having an intimate video session. Any device with a camera and microphone can be utilized to connect with us from the comfort of ones own home. It provides the same care of service as face to face therapy. A HIPPA complaint platform is used for all video sessions in order to protect the safety and privacy of our clients.
